These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, customer portal, hosting services, and related products offered by VeyoHost (“VeyoHost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

1. Who we are

VeyoHost
1111B S Governors Ave STE 23840
Dover, Delaware, USA

Email: support@veyohost.com
Website: https://veyohost.com
Customer portal: https://go.veyohost.com

2. Services

VeyoHost provides cloud web hosting and related services, which may include WordPress hosting, web hosting, domain-related configuration support, SSL, CDN/edge caching features, backups, email hosting allowances under your plan, a customer portal, support, and optional migration assistance.

Service features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and at checkout. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when the change is material to your plan.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. Our services are not directed to children under 16.

4. Orders, billing, and renewals

Hosting plans are typically sold on a prepaid yearly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices may be shown in USD and, where available, local COP pricing for customers in Colombia. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Unless canceled before renewal according to the process in your portal or by contacting support, paid plans may renew for a successive term at the then-current rate. You authorize VeyoHost and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for renewals and undisputed amounts owed.

Failed payments may result in suspension or termination after notice. Reactivation may require payment of outstanding balances.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate abuse reports and take action, including suspension or termination, to protect the platform, other customers, or third parties.

6. Content and customer responsibility

You retain ownership of content you upload or host. You grant VeyoHost a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide the services (for example, backups, caching, malware scanning, and support troubleshooting).

You are responsible for the legality of your content, for securing your applications and credentials, for keeping software updated where you control it, and for configuring DNS, email, and third-party integrations correctly.

7. Third-party services

The services may interoperate with third parties (payment processors, infrastructure providers, DNS, email, analytics, or applications you install). Those services are governed by their own terms. VeyoHost is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.

8. Support and migrations

Support is provided through the channels we publish (including email and the customer portal). Migration assistance, when offered, is performed on a commercially reasonable basis. You remain responsible for verifying the migrated site before DNS cutover and for keeping a backup of the source environment.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep hosting available and performant, but the services are provided on an “as available” basis unless a separate written SLA expressly applies to your account. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider incidents, DNS or network issues outside our control, and customer-side configuration problems may affect availability.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for material breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, legal compulsion, or risk to the platform. You may cancel according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends and hosted data may be deleted after a commercially reasonable retention window unless law requires longer retention.

11. Intellectual property

VeyoHost branding, site design, documentation, and platform software remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in writing, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeyoHost and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to VeyoHost for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify VeyoHost against claims arising from your content, your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated through the portal or email when practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
