1. What you can report

Report in good faith concerns such as:

  • Fraud, bribery, or financial misconduct involving VeyoHost
  • Conflicts of interest that may harm customers or the company
  • Serious harassment or retaliation related to VeyoHost business dealings
  • Deliberate mishandling of confidential customer data by someone acting for VeyoHost

2. How to report

Email support@veyohost.com with the subject line Ethics report and include:

  • Any documents or evidence you can share safely

You may request confidentiality. We cannot promise anonymity in every investigation, but we will limit access to the report on a need-to-know basis.

3. No retaliation

VeyoHost prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. Knowingly false reports made in bad faith may be treated as a policy violation.

4. Review process

We will acknowledge reports when a reply address is available, assess severity, and investigate as appropriate. Outcomes may include process changes, disciplinary action for internal actors, account action for customers, or referral to authorities.

5. External reporting

Nothing in this page prevents you from reporting unlawful conduct to a competent public authority where the law allows or requires it.
