1. Cancellation and non-renewal

You may cancel or disable auto-renewal at any time through the customer portal when available, or by emailing support@veyohost.com from the account email address.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we approve a refund under this policy, prepaid time already purchased generally remains available until the end of the paid term.

For security, we may ask you to confirm cancellation requests.

2. When service ends

After the paid term ends without renewal, or after an approved immediate cancellation, hosting services may be suspended and data deleted according to our retention practices. Export any websites, databases, and email you need before the account closes.

3. Refund eligibility

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • New hosting purchases may be eligible for a refund if you request cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase and the account has not been used for clear Acceptable Use Policy violations.
  • Renewals, domain-related third-party fees (if any), add-ons consumed in full, and services purchased more than fourteen (14) days earlier are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial-period refunds for convenience cancellations mid-term are not guaranteed.

We may decline refunds for accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks initiated without first contacting support.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@veyohost.com with:

  • Account email
  • Order or invoice reference
  • Reason for the request

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in immediate suspension while we investigate, and may affect refund eligibility.

6. Plan changes

Downgrades, upgrades, and platform switches (for example, WordPress Hosting vs Web Hosting) are handled case by case. Credit for unused time, if any, is applied according to the options we confirm in writing or in the portal.

7. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. The version in effect at the time of purchase or renewal applies to that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
