1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material hosted on VeyoHost infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@veyohost.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL and account details if known)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Incomplete notices may delay action.
2. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the customer. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@veyohost.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Delaware if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order.
4. Misrepresentation
Submitting knowingly false infringement claims or counter-notices may result in liability under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
5. Other rights
This policy does not limit trademark, privacy, defamation, or other claims. Those issues may be handled under our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
