1. Plans and currency

Public plans are sold primarily on a prepaid yearly basis. Prices may be displayed in USD worldwide and in COP for customers in Colombia when that option is available at checkout. The currency and total due are shown before you pay.

2. What your invoice covers

Unless otherwise stated, a hosting purchase covers the selected plan (Single Site or Unlimited), platform (WordPress Hosting or Web Hosting), and included features described at purchase time for the paid term. Optional services, third-party domain fees, or custom work may appear as separate line items.

3. Renewals

Paid plans may renew automatically for a successive term at the then-current rate unless you disable auto-renewal or cancel before renewal. You authorize charges to the payment method on file for renewals and undisputed amounts owed.

We recommend keeping billing email addresses current in the customer portal so renewal notices and invoices are not missed.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal or invoice payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. Continued non-payment can result in suspension or termination after notice. Reactivation may require payment of outstanding balances and, in some cases, plan re-provisioning.

5. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged based on your billing information and legal requirements. Tax treatment can change when address or company details change.

6. Invoices and account history

Invoices and payment history are available through the customer portal when enabled. Contact support@veyohost.com if you need a copy for accounting.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and platform switches are handled case by case. Timing of proration or credits, if any, will be confirmed in the portal or by support before the change is finalized.

8. Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for windows, exclusions, and how to request a refund.

9. Chargebacks

Contact billing support before filing a dispute with your bank. Unilateral chargebacks may lead to suspension during investigation.
