1. Scope
This statement covers the public marketing site and public legal/blog pages on veyohost.com. The customer portal at go.veyohost.com and third-party control panels may have different interfaces and are improved on their own release cycles.
2. Our approach
We design with readable typography, color contrast aligned to our brand palette, keyboard-focusable controls, skip links, descriptive link text where practical, and language attributes for English and Spanish pages. We test major templates during development and after significant redesigns.
We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable for a marketing site, recognizing that some third-party embeds or older content may not yet meet every criterion.
3. Known limitations
- Complex visual diagrams (for example, animated request-path illustrations) may be supplemented by nearby text but are not always fully described for every assistive technology scenario
- PDF invoices or attachments generated outside the marketing site may have separate accessibility characteristics
- Content embedded from third parties is outside our full control
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on veyohost.com, email support@veyohost.com with:
- The page URL
- The problem you encountered
- Your browser and assistive technology, if relevant
We will review feedback and prioritize fixes based on severity and impact.
5. Compatibility
We aim to support current major browsers and common assistive technologies. If you need information from this site in an alternative format, contact us and we will try to help.
6. Updates
We may revise this statement as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
